I'd like to take you backwards through my weekend's worth of foods:
Burgers from Char-Grill
Homemade blueberry pancakes with fresh blueberries; giant, thick strips of bacon; hand whipped homemade whipping cream.
Overeating severely at Nana's: Sweet Corn, Green Garlic and Mussel Chowder; Pan Roasted Black Grouper over Local Field Peas, Baby Fennel and Cipollini Onions Finished in a Morel Mushroom Sauce; Vanilla Creme Brulee. Oh yes, and good wine, of course, ensued. Ever heard of Banyuls? Enjoy Port, Madeira or even sherry? Bet you'll like Banyuls too.
Fresh coffee and farmer's market tomatoes!
Homemade gourmet pizzas: Grilled chicken, caramelized onion and gorgonzola pizza. White pizza with grilled chicken, pancetta, kalamata olives and roasted red peppers. (Highly recommend this no-yeast pizza dough recipe: http://www.recipezaar.com/Pizza-Dough-With-No-Yeast-84987 - it's almost like a thin biscuit. It's outstanding.)
