Man, it has been a real treat this week to cook with leftovers. The other night, I made grilled cheese sandwiches with manchego and jamón serrano. Talk about a great use of leftovers. Mmmm.
I also used the leftover crostinis as well! I mixed up some blue cheese, walnuts and honey. I baked the crostini for 5 minutes at 400° - and the cheese was just melted.
I've still got some of the blueberry chutney leftover...so I'll be attempting my own samosas. Hopefully, he flavors will mesh well!
After that, I'm on to the leftover melon, extra duck breasts and mebrillo!
