don't roll this at home
For the first time in over a month, I planned ahead for meals this week. I made my frittata...and tonight a cheddar and roasted red pepper roulade. It's a pretty awesome recipe. I've made a couple different kinds before, but never this one. I normally do a mushroom roulade in a red wine reduction sauce. It's stellar. Sadly, the bearded giant is allergic to mushrooms (WTF??). This evening, I put together a roasted red pepper roulade served in an herbed yogurt sauce. It was lovely.
With all of that cooking going on, no gardening got done. That's ok. There's always tomorrow!
